  1. Hi Eugene, I know what you mean about getting too tired from timed sets! I tend to use them on and off but get sick of them fairly quickly and end up back on the heavy stuff. Great blog by the way, very informative and probably one of the best free sources of GS information on the web! (very hard to come by).
