2 x 24 jerks:
12/10/10/10/10/10/10/10/6/7/5 = 100 reps total (!)
Fairly fast (8-10 reps/min)
liberal rest in between the sets

Total training volume - 5440 kg (11968 lbs., I wonder if there are smaller units to make it look more respectable :)

Use micro grams or oz's, then the your numbers really look impressive.
