Main observation: squats progressing better than double jerks.

It's been said over at the AKC that training squats can hinder progress in Jerks (aside from jump squats, which are high level only). Just a thought...

I have two thoughts about squats. First, I think getting stronger should bring positive results in GS. Having said that, in the short term squats can reduce the GS numbers. Second - I just like squats. A lot. So the though No.1 can probably be ignored :)
