Forgot to mention. Besides dips and chinups I am also going to do presses. Again, with much less emphasis on progressing than squats.

I am having a bad bout of flu right now. So will start as soon as I get better.

I have been reading your blog every now and then for couple of years. You really have done a great job.

After reading your posts about Ryabchenko's and Brevnov's methods I came up with a plan of my own. After trying it first myself I created a training program generator that is available online for free.

Kalle, this is one cool program! In terms of actual progression it looks ok, I suppose time will tell how well it works. I guess you should try it on human guinea pigs.

Several lifters here in Finland have recently started using this program. In next few months I should be able to analyze the results and release an updated version.
