took about 15 minutes
Honestly, lockout was not ideal closer to the end of the set
Rope jumping - 5 minutes.
(sets of 100 - 130 jumps, not continuous jumping)
Rope jumping is possibly another exercise overlooked by gireviks. It is endurance aimed and loads the legs and cardiovascular system quite well. Jumping for one minute fatigues me considerably.

Hey Smet,
I find skipping very useful, I'm a relative beginner and when I started last spring/summer I found even a couple minutes was killing my feet. I usually do four minutes as part of my warmup for my snatch set (and as I work in a sawmill and do my snatch set there I'm jumping in work boots)
