20 kg snatch:
switch every 10 reps
160 reps total

Went for a run 15 minutes later but could not do it, as my calf muscles cramped up after 400m.

So instead did

20 kg ETK press ladders:
1-2-3 x 3 sets

Sound like a good workout.
During your Snatch session, you take your time?---or just as long as it needs.

I didn't time myself, just snatched as long as I could at reasonable pace - not too fast not too slow. Couple of pauses on top a few times. From the side look at the watch the set took about 12 minutes.
