20 kg OAJ: 5 min/50 reps left - 5 min/50 reps right

Workout was ruined: I was called to work. Hopefully will have better one tomorrow.

Much later, while watching rugby:

Skipping rope, several rallies of 50 - 100 skips
20 kg Military Press: 10L/10R, 10L/10R.
20 kg OAC&J - 10L/10R

(I am actually doing it at 1 a.m.) I think it is because of my current conditioning South Africa is winning.

GO BOKKE !!!

Nice job! 50+50 at 20kg sounds like a big deal.

Yes!
It's very serious! It mean you now mentally prepared to long sets!
Respect!

Actually, it wasn't a big deal. Tiring, sure, but nothing compared to double jerks. The biggest problem was the bell pressing on the forearm, causing quite a bit of pain. It is non-standard bell, sort of small and not very comfortable for long sets. I am going to get some hard padding.

Forgot to mention, OAJ is easier because the elbow reaches to the hip quite comfortably. Unlike in double jerks, where flexibility s a problem. Especially in the hip flexors.
