Hi Eugene,
This morning I did 10x5x24kg two handed swings warmup.
5x10x24kg jerks Lt.& Rt.
Teaching class tonight. Will work on core, russian twist, windmills, and then do a couple of clean and press ladders and finish with some hi-rep snatches.
Last weekend, Liberty and I did a 20 mile adventure race, run, bike, canoe, mtn. bike, and orienteering.
