2 x 17 kg Jerks:
30 reps, +/-3 minutes
Managed to hit myself on the right eyebrow during jerks. Talented! Though this kind of thing has been mentioned before.

i'm not alone any longer.
I've done this too... even managed to break my glasses doing Jerks (I now wear contacts to train). It's all part of the fun!
