I've been following your blog with a lot of interest for a while now. I am particularly interested in your work with Russian methods of KB lifting as opposed to what is generally available in the West. It seems to me that the methods available in the West are incomplete (and by that I mean both Pavel and Valery). If you don't mind, please drop me an email at hunashaman@mweb.co.za I am not at all versed in the Russian language and would like to get your thoughts on what us non-Russians are missing...apart from hard work, of course.
Hunashaman, all the stuff I know is on my blog. So Russian EDT, Ryabchenko, Romashin's article on Conceptual Principles of Training and other stuff you find here is pretty much what Russian guys are using in their training. Plus old fashioned working their butt off.

If you have specific questions feel free to ask.
Thanks Eugene.
I'll read through all the back posts in order to build my own conceptual overview. I'll definitely ask questions if I need to.
