2 x 16 kg jerks: 15
2 x 24 kg jerks: 20 reps in a little over 3 minutes.

Headache, have to stop.

This is my personal best for 24 kg jerks. Still laughable, but getting better. My previous best was 15 reps on the 6th of September. I guess if I can add 5 reps every month in a year it wouldn't look so bad (hopefully).

I am too not did yet more than 15 times 2*24 jerks. Will try in the near time.

About 5 times each month :) I remember how Antoniy from russian forum said that he could not did more than 35 in 2 years! He trains at home. But now he did 40 (he train by Wolf-TMB plan) and very gladful about it :)
I mean, don't you will disapointing if you will not be able to add 5 each month :)

Well... i tested myself. Result is 25 :)
So your result not laughably at all, i mean i weight 84 kg. :) and started train earlier than you.

But now i have one question to you. In article of Romashin with plan - there numbers 20%,50% and 30 %
20% in my case 5 times! in your case 4! Don't you think that doing set of 5 times is wasting of time?
