I'm also over 40, 60, well 67, RKC and IKFF certified. My wife , Liberty also is an AKC coach and owns a kettlebell studio in Big Rapids, MI. She is running 14 classes per week and personal training all with kettlebells. We, both competed in the IKFF Nationals last July, which was a blast. Liberty won best overall lifter award, completing 10 minutes in the snatch, jerk,long cycle, chair press and ultimate challenge. I did the snatch, jerk and long cycle. We think it is a great sport and took 6 competitors from our club, who did very well.
